Poor picture
The product, 85” frame TV has not worked properly since I got it. Freezing and buffering issues. I have another Samsung TV that works great.

Auto dim and anti glare amazing
We watch a bit of day time sport and used to have quite bad reflections from window. Now when watching its crystal clear and colour is fantastic. The AI auto brightness control is fantastic. As the sun sets, the TV dims automatically with ambient light.

Poor picture
The product, 85” frame TV has not worked properly since I got it. Freezing and buffering issues. I have another Samsung TV that works great.

Caching issue
After a previous session, when trying to switch to a new user on certain TV apps, the app freezes and must be reinstalled. This is a caching issue. Fix This.

Great overall!!!!
Great tv for our purpose. We wanted an art TV that could deliver a reasonable quality on family video games and tv streaming. The downside are that once in a blue moon, the receiver will lose connection with the tv and you have to set up again. 65 inch frame pro tv
We really love the picture, the colors and clarity are beautiful and the sound is amazing with the ultra slim sound bar. A couple things I didn't know when I bought mine, the electrical outlet behind the TV has to be recessed because the frame is less than an inch from the wall. If I used a regular outlet my TV would've stuck out from the wall and not looked as nice. ...

No good
Box keep disconnecting, art sensor dont work a lot of times, color and resolution not that much, tv overall is so slow and not worth 3k

Once powered, the TV should automatically reconnect when the signal is strong enough. 2. Terrible product and horrible service
Product is terrible. Service repair experience was horrible. I have taken off from work 4 times and the TV is still not repaired. Sansumg is providing technician with faulty and reconditioned equipment
