Amazing TV and it doesnt look out of place when it
I bought this for a conference room at my job and everyone loves it. When they are using it it for meetings or presentations, it looks great. The best part is if your in the room and your not using the TV it just looks like a good digital picture frame. Sometime I forgot its a TV when I walk past the room

Art mode now requires constant internet connection
Beware this new Frame TV Pro requires CONSTANT internet connection for the sole use of Art Mode. You are no longer allowed to use this TV offline to simply display your own pictures transferred via USB to the TV. Please note that Art Mode & Art Store have always required both an Internet connection as well as a Samsung Account; however, you can display your own photos &/or artwork that you've previously uploaded to The Frame via the SmartThings app or via USB and then view them in Art Mode offline. This support link may provide helpful information on Art Mode as well: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00076727/ If you're seeing a message that says "Wireless One Connect is disconnected" while watching content from an external source (such as a set-top box, game console, or antenna), this typically means the TV has lost its wireless connection to the Wireless One Connect Box. To resolve this issue, please try the following steps: 1. Check that the Wireless One Connect Box is powered on. If it’s turned off, power it back on. Once powered, the TV should automatically reconnect when the signal is strong enough. 2. If the unit is powered on but still disconnected, you may need to adjust the alignment: o Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Connections > Wireless One Connect > Wireless One Connect Status > Adjust o Carefully adjust the Wireless One Connect Box’s position until the antenna icon turns blue, which indicates a strong signal and a successful connection. Amazing TV and it doesnt look out of place when it

Samsung Frame 65 inch tv — Don’t buy it! They char
Don’t buy it! They charge a subscription for still paintings. They don’t tell you this when you buy it. They give you three green shots that you wouldn’t hang up anywhere. And there a lag in speech between the screen and the One Connect Box. It’s also quite slow in n terms of processing commands and often freezes up. It’s Garbage

Frustrating Interface
I am very disappointed that i need to use HDMI or a mobile app to stream my personal photos through the TV. I use my laptop for editing and cataloguing my photographs. It's cumbersome and inconvenient to have to migrate them to my phone in order to display them on the television. Living Room Centre Piece
Excellent TV! Love the picture mode for stand by. Just one tiny simple remote! Very easy to set up via WIFI. Mounting on a stone wall was easy. The sound is powerful without extra sound bar.

No regrets!
This is our first framed tv and we are really happy with our decision. The resolution is excellent and with the mat finish and slim profile, it is honestly looks like a piece of art.

Love the new features
Its picture is super sharp and colorful, perfect for movies and games. The new wireless box keeps cables hidden, and cool AI features make it fun to use. They should be in every room a house!

Good Tv but Ugly/ small power cord
Bought second Frame Tv to bring new Pro model for movie. I am very disappointed at this Wireless One Box . You need power cables running around for TV separately , sound bar separately, woofer another one and then this hdmi hub kinda remote box.
Older model of Frame Tv had a think wire that was not visible and clould connect upto 16 ft.

My Frame Pro is absolutely stunning! I feel like the college and NFL players are in my room! I almost want to move out of the way of the players!

The Best TV Ever!
We use our tv daily for local news, streaming movies, etc. the picture is very clear - as good or better than the previous Samsung tv we had. But when it is not in use, it is the prettiest thing in the room!! No more black hole! The ability to see beautiful artwork everyday is amazing! It is our favorite tv ever! Totally worth the price!

Disappointed
Maybe this is more of a TV than I expected. The issue of turning TV off, then it comes back on, is a nuisance. The white frame we bought to go around and cover the black frame, does meet at corners as well as it should.
The One Box Connect, drops coverage randomly.
Im sorry, but this 2025 Frame isn't worth the price. Maybe some updates will correct these issues.

To ensure optimal Wireless One Connect performance, please keep the following in mind: • The Wireless One Connect Box should be placed within 10m (~33 ft) of the TV with minimal obstructions. • It can be stored in a recessed in-wall box or in a shelf or credenza below the TV, as long as the material isn’t too thick to block signals. • Wireless performance may be affected by the surrounding environment and may not work properly if the box is enclosed or blocked by metal (e.g., inside a metal cabinet) or other physical barriers like walls. If you're seeing a message that says "Wireless One Connect is disconnected" while watching content from an external source (such as a set-top box, game console, or antenna), this typically means the TV has lost its wireless connection to the Wireless One Connect Box. Not Perfect
Everyday there is another issue with this TV
Need to use two remotes to be able to turn off and on and control volume.
Frame picture settings don't work.
Picture is great when it doesn't freeze or an message doesn't appear!

This Product Lives Up To It's Name. It is a Pro!

I absolutely love my Samsung The Frame TV!
