Huge disappointment
You changed and made the user interface harder to use for people like my mother - i bought based on the belief the same brand would be a simple change. It is impossible to tune the tv - as your decoders take control. Your store is very limited. Your multiview was sold as picture in picture but it is not. I wish I had bought something else.

This TV pops!
I am very impressed with this TV. From gaming to movies, the features to create an incredible picture is outstanding. And the antiglare is very impressive. Also I love the screen info when the TV is off.

Could be better
Unnecessary and useless AI. The Game mode does not allow the picture to be adjusted to my taste. The large banner that appears at the top of the screen is also unnecessary.

Wonderful!
The only issue I’ve found is a cloudiness on faces in dark scenes of moves or tv programs.

Your TV includes Learn Menu Screen, an accessibility feature that provides audio guidance for on-screen menus. Great Features
Beautiful resolution sharp pictures great contrast many controls mainly use WIFi on one . Pictures is bright. I have bought 3 Samsung TV’s. Can’t go wrong.

Way too bust opening page
I HATE the opening screen after you turn the TV on. There are at least 100 icons that you cannot move or delete.
