What the heck did they do to the interface?!
We replaced our 2018ish Samsung tv with this after an accident broke the old one. As a tv, it’s great. The screen is vibrant and nice! But the interface and lag is absolutely unacceptable. They got rid of the old system that was seamless, easy to use for anyone and looked great.
Now they’ve replaced it with a jumbled mess that take several seconds to load every screen...

We bought this model because of the feature that it was easier to see in bright sunlight. Can not say that we see this tv any better than the last one. The tv also suddenly stop allowing us the us the Rogers tv remote. Had to do some research to figure out it automatically up dated and change the settings.

Worth every penny!!!!!
I have had this for 1 week now and love everything about it. I haven't even changed the settings yet as the default settings are beautiful. Coulor is out of this world was concerned about sound as I didnt want a sound bar cluttering things up and I am impressed!!! Beautiful bass, clear treble, midrange all from factory defafault. I can hardly wait to customize the sound...

This t.v is amazing
I absolutely love my t.v if I could buy another newer one I will. Ive always stuck but Samsung products. It might also not hit its mark ( ear buds ) but this t.v is fantastic.

All Around Great Product!
I LOVE this TV and everything about it. It by far has the best picture and color quality of any TV I have owned, as well as awesome sound quality. I also love the user interface, and the access to Samsung TV and other Samsung features like Samsung health. I love that it seamlessly connects with all my other devices as well. This is probably my second favorite possession...

Awesome!
The brightness on the screen is awesome, and the picture goes right to the edge. The colors are vibrant and it is easy to maneuver and to hook up streaming devices and game consoles.

Absolutely gorgeous color and quality
The color on this TV is absolutely outstanding, I've had no issues with sound and the user interface is absolutely flawless, I've had no lag or screen issues unlike many other brands I've used in the past.

QLED
Basic TV nothing fancy. Not good for gaming. Blacks are bright just fyi. If i had a choice id go with the new OLEDs with a super high refresh rate.

Great TV.
It's a great TV. Originally wanted the OLED, but we know how expensive those are. The quality on the QLED is still great. Samsung is always top notch with electronics. And, not really having to do with the company, but we chose a size that fits our home nicely.

Easy and Versatile
I wanted a set that was easy to set up and provided choices to connect with my phone, computer and the Internet. All of those options are combined in this TV. A bonus was that the TV is QLED. Excellent choice of a TV for my family.
