Time to wait?
This TV was purchased to be the main TV as a household. Excited that it was a smart TV but that’s where it ended. Besides having a great picture quality that’s where it stops when using a TV app you need time and patience because it is always buffering the work around for this is I used a fire stick directly for the TV. II bought this tv one month ago and have been "reasonably" pleased with it's performance.
We are "very unhappy with the stupid little remote" that came with the TV. We are 84 years old and not able to see or comfortably use it.
Also had to bring in tecnitions to set up the TV. Not pleased.

Crystal Clear Entertainment
This Neo QLED 4K TV has excellent picture quality for both movies and sports. Plus, it is loaded with numerous features and options. Fairly simple to navigate once you run through the menu a few times. The size also fits well in my music studio. Definitely recommend!

Mind-Blowing Brightness and Cinematic Colors
I’ve owned several premium TVs over the years, but the Samsung Neo QLED 4K (2025) QN70F completely blew me away. Best tv purchase
I was so impressed with the sound and thr picture quality! I haven't been this happy with a tv in years. Been buying prime tvs (insigna), and visio and my visio had terrible sound quality. This sounds amazing! Easy to set up! Love the thin screen too!

Great features on newest TV

Frustrating remote
TV replaces 9 year old Samsung that developed bright “spot” on the screen.
I miss the old remote with numbers.
Navigating channels/features is mind numbing. I have had it a few months now and still get lost. What works on one screen doesn’t work on the next.
More features on the tv is great, but give me a remote that is easy to use.

We're sorry you've found the remote difficult to use. To help you get the most from your TV and remote functions, you can download the full e-Manual and more by visiting Samsung’s website then navigating to: Support > Manual & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for and select your QN70F TV model to view or download the available guides.
The e-Manual & Remote Control Guide are also conveniently built into your TV: Settings > Support > Tips and User Guides
Learn TV Remote is another feature designed to help users become familiar with the layout and function of each button on the Samsung remote. When enabled, pressing any button (except the Power button, which will still turn off the TV) will prompt the TV to announce the button’s name and its purpose – without affecting TV operation.
This teaching mode is especially useful for users who are visually impaired or new to Samsung remotes. To enable this feature, go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn TV Remote. To exit, simply press the Return key twice.
