Shocking Service
I have now been chasing Samsung NZ for 91 days trying to get them to honour their warranty and meet the terms of the Consumers Guarantee Act but they simply apologise, escalate and delay.

A TV with exceptional value

Excellent tv
The tv is great. I own a UHD samsung tv 55 inch.
The difference between those 2 tvs were beyond different than I imagine. The tv brightness was really bright but im not complaining about it. The resolution was better than the other tv I had. Amazing picture quality
Spent some time comparing and looking got a quality TV that didnt break the bank and I really found the perfect one with this purchase. I was really surprised with the quality of picture and how deep the black is and how colorful the brightness gets. The speed of the interface is very good as well. Really surprised with this TV and would highly recommend this to anyone.

Great TV, Samsung Top Quality
I love this TV. Once you tweak the settings to how you want it there is a phenomenal combination of old school tried and true Samsung features and new 4K and AI things that just add to the vibrant colors and screen speed. I love this TV and everything about it. I could not be happier.

Love it!
Has a much better picture than a friend’s 85” LG. I was concerned about the size in our living room, but I think it looks great. The remote control is uncluttered and easy to use.

Can really tell the difference
We have an older Samsung TV and you can tell that the processing speed is so much better. The picture is clear. The smart TV interface is intuitive and I love that the remote is solar charged.

Great picture and options
Picture quality is outstanding. and various options/settings to personalize the view are also good. Only downside is that I don't have the "Internet" option available whereas I did on my previous Samsung UHD TV.
