Shocking Service
I have now been chasing Samsung NZ for 91 days trying to get them to honour their warranty and meet the terms of the Consumers Guarantee Act but they simply apologise, escalate and delay.

Since a week a have the new 55" tv and I do miss my old tv. I still have not set up the sound and the picture because it is to complicated. This tv is not old man friendly.

Another Samsung QLED
I have a 75inch 4K QLED from 5 years ago and it is still great. I tried the QN70F in the shop and it is clearer, brighter, faster and lighter. Great TV.

I actually bought the 85" QN70F but for some reason, there is no way to select the bigger screen.

Great tv. Nice picture and features. Only drawback is the tv stand. The tv leans backwards. I much prefer to have two legs supporting the tv. This model has one centered. I added straps to back for support

Larger than life, with a couple of minor quirks!
Why do the TV displays in the store always look so much better than what you can get at home! We were just upgrading the size of our previous 55" TV to this 75" TV.
