Save your money, do not buy
Save your money, this tv is extremely disappointing for the money spent. A tcl or other options out there, even the cheaper Samsung 98 inch is the same exact tv. This tv cannot do anything better than those. My other 85 Samsung I bought 4 years ago has the same picture. Nothing but Samsung for us
We love our new Samsung TV. The picture is fantastic and so crisp and clean picture. I hated giving away our old Samsung. I hope this one lasts as long as the old one. I am stuck on Samsung, they have been fantastic for us.

Great TV love this Samsung
For the price this is a great TV. So much better than my VIZIO. I should had gotten a Samsung a long time ago. This TV is bright and has great color. Just wish the remote was bigger. But all in all I love it. Have had this since August and no issues at all. This is definitely 2 steps up from what I had for sure. I bought the Neo QLED mini led QN80F series.

First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments
5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators
You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode
