Samsung failure to honor warranty
85 inch Neo Qled picture freezes cant fix, must shut power tv down to reset. Happens several times in the span of couple hours.

Just the best
This was a great TV and I love the upscaling features and the sharpness of the television. It's great to see how clear everything is. The brightness is very very high even in bright light and h resolution is insanely good. I love the dark and light contrasting as well

Great feature the ai
the ai sound and picture quality was great I enjoy the music app behind when it goes on to sleep mode the TV was a good investment I enjoy it all.

So far so good
I have had the 100" version of this TV for about a week and it is incredible! The sheer size and brightness in my theater room is impressive. It's my first HDR capable TV and the picture quality is excellent. I am still testing out settings, but so far no complaints. Big improvement from last Samsung TV
The TV is clear and has bright colors. It was somewhat easy to set up and to connect to the internet and my streaming services. the only issue I had was to determine whether I should use AI assisted things or manual settings that was a little confusing but with manual settings I was able to make the screen brighter and the color is more rich.

Happy with My Choice
Researched brands, specs, technologies, for 6 months and found this to be an excellent choice. Considered OLED, QLED, QNED and refresh rates. Meh
I’m not impressed with this compared to cheaper sets that I have. Opening an app is slow as heck. The picture is not sharp up close at all. I also have more than one source to watch video, so it’s not my end. Did I mention the remote sucks? I prefer a klunky Roku remote or even my phone.

Feature packed
This is a win for sure obtaining Samsung QLED TV. TV is great fo watching in bright rooms with little to no glare
Colorado are very punchy and when streaming in 4k, it is amazing. I have Samsung products so everything was very easily synced and took no time setting everything up during programming phase.

Great with 1 issue but resolved quickly
So far this tv has been fantastic aside from the issue with a line down the screen but samsung was quick to replace the front panel under warranty and no issues since.
