Lots of good features
I bought this TV about 6 or 7 weeks ago I really like it, but I have one regret that I didn’t buy a 75 or a 77 inch instead I’m happy with every aspect of the TV

Samsung failure to honor warranty
85 inch Neo Qled picture freezes cant fix, must shut power tv down to reset. Happens several times in the span of couple hours.

Lots of good features

Great purchase
I bought this TV over a month ago. The set up was easy to follow and the TV works perfectly. I have had no issues with the TV and I am very happy with the product.

Very good TV, the display is top notch, very fast processor, connects like a charm with my samsung phone/tablet, I wish the operating system is google based though.

AI is terrible feature, maybe you'll get it right
I bought this TV at Christmas end returned it 3 days later. AI is a joke.......The picture is blurry every time the scenery changes. The picture is way better on my 2012 UN55ES8000

Remote Control issues
Love everything about my new 55” Neo QLED 4K Smart TV with just one exception; The remote control unit. This was the reason I gave it a 4 star rating instead of 5. True Theatre Visual Experience

Stunning picture quality that does not hurt your e

Why would I buy anything else

Great pictures
I purchased this TV during the black Friday sale. It was an upgrade from 65 in samsung. It made a huge difference in watch epic series such as the lord of the rings.
