Blew My Expectations Out of the Water!

Does not yet support Spectrum TV app
I purchased on 4/9/2025 and after setup realize the TV does not support Spectrum TV app. I may need to return it if the next software update doesn't include Spectrum. See my support ticket number: 2318140600. Please notify me when this TV will support Spectrum TV app.

Always wanted a Samsung
I watch a lot of tv!! I have been extremely disappointed in the brightness of the tv.
It seems all of the programs are darker than my old set. I am also not extremely happy with the tiny device to turn it on and change the channels
I admit I am older, and computer illiterate,but Not everyone who buys your tv's are.
I do not know how to download or upload!

Connecting an older sound system is challenging
This TV lacks standard audio input ports, do if you have a sound system with standard audio jack or even optical input, you will be in no luck.

Good picture, but...
We set up the Samsung television, but we are unable to get the remote to change the channels. We have Comcast for our cable and the Comcast remote works well on everything except changing the volume. So we have to use both remotes to watch TV. I have been unable to pair the sound bar with the TV also. Maybe eventually it will all come together?

I enjoy my new Samsung TV, with a clear picture.
I use my Samsung TV mostly for watching sports and movies. I like how the remote has separate buttons for Netflix and Prime. These are very helpful.

I can't tell you how to use it because it is so complex I don't know yet, but I have only wasted a couple of days so far in trying to learn how.. But the picture, once you are able to see what you want, is fine.

Great TV for the money
This tv has a great picture and easy to use. One of my favorite things with this tv is and most newer Samsung tvs is Samsung TV Plus. So simple and easy to use. Great size and picture
This is one of the best gifts I've ever received. I stream, game, and watch all sports on my TV. It is even very easy for the family to just turn it on and enjoy whatever show or streaming platforms they want all in one place. Definitely a great buy!!!!
