NO OPTICAL AUDIO OUTPUT
Decent TV but it doesn't have a dedicated audio output of any kind. ARC is your only option. Samsung, we're not ready to abandon dedicated audio outputs. ARC doesn't always work and sometimes it's not an option.

Blue Tooth issue

I purchased two Blue Tooth headphones so either or both my wife and I can watch TV and not disturb the other or others in the house.

OK once you ignore the interface features
We are happy with the resolution and connectivity of the device but the interface is a bit messy and not intuitive to use. There are AI features and advertisement features built into the software that are both annoying and unnecessary and will go unused/ignored. Reso terrible, almost like a lack of pixels in the
I am happy with the display and the interface. I don't have/use cable so I don't notice connectivity and the processor. I hade heard about problems with the dark screen resolution but never imagined I would notice it so much.

Impressed
After owning several other brands, I am definitely impressed with the quality of the picture. Easy to navigate and plenty of features for me to tailor to my preferences. Nice job Samsung.

Beautiful high resolution display!
This is a wonderful television, it is very responsive, has a beautiful, high-resolution picture. It powers on almost instantly and the built in apps open-up quickly.

Wifi issues
The TV has connectivity issues with our wifi. At times we have to turn the TV on, turn it off, then turn it back on to connect. It's annoying but fairly minor after we learned the trick vs trying to forget the network and then sign back on again every time.

If your TV is having trouble connecting to the network, the following steps may help resolve the issue: Signal & Setup Tips: 1. Check TV-to-router distance – Your TV should be within 50 feet of the modem or access point for reliable signal strength. 2. Minimize interference – Turn off nearby wireless devices and make sure there are no physical barriers (stone walls, fireplaces, appliances) between the TV and router. Power Cycle Devices: 3. Restart both your TV and router – Unplug both devices for at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in and allow them to reboot fully. Connection Type: 4. Evaluate your connection method – o If using Wi-Fi, move your router closer to the TV and eliminate any obstructions. o For a more stable connection, we strongly recommend using a wired Ethernet cable. o If already using Ethernet, verify the cable is working by testing it with another device. Run Built-In Diagnostic Tools: 5. Network Test: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Smart Hub Connection Test 6. Initial setup
Initial set up was not easy. The remote is to small and poorly labeled. The step-by-srep process is too lengthy and complex using the remote (as noted above) and the tv has not been able to connect with the Samsung interface (whatever that is).

Super display.
I love the TV, the solar remote sucks, very difficult to use. I wish Samsung had a DVR with great storage so I didn't have to use my Tablo for play and pause on local tv stations.

Black Line on Screen
After turning this on I noticed that there is a solid black line on the screen. The remote is difficult to figure out; the volume & channel buttons are very hard to use. I don't like that the remote is solar.

To help determine if the issue is related to the panel itself, we recommend starting with a Picture Test, which displays a high-definition image you can examine for flaws: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test If the issue appears during the test and across all sources (built-in apps, HDMI devices, etc.), it may indicate a panel-related concern. You can also try displaying solid-color test videos (red, green, blue, black, white) from a USB drive or YouTube. This can help you identify whether any pixels are stuck or not functioning properly. In some cases, unplugging the TV for a few minutes and rebooting it can help resolve stuck pixels caused by temporary display behavior. Black Screen
There are times when I turn on the TV and the screen is black. I google as to how to fix the issue. Unplug and wait for about 30 seconds, plug it back in, and it should turn on. This has been the biggest issue. Also, from time to time, I get the spinning white circle which I assume it is buffering.

Bought this TV as a gift . I have a two year old similar model QT60T that we really like. It has a very well integrated interface for ease of use. Connectivity is easy to navigate. Excellent picture with bright colors and excellent viewing in family room from many different angles. Highly recommend the backlit QLED design for great picture quality at a reasonable cost.
