Not happy with sound output
Viewing is fine after extensive and confusing setup. Sound is still not up to par--need adjustment.

Great display
I’m not a fan of a smart TV. Other than that, I am very happy with my Samsung TV’s clear display and sharp contrast. The colors are vibrant and true.

Great Tv everything is great only complaint is the remote! It’s not the easiest to navigate eg. volume and channel , we had to utube to realize you push up and down other than that great! Also there is no port for the cable that came with the Samsung surround sound that was purchased!

Learning curve
I have Rogers Shaw as a service provider. I’m find it hard to using the Samsung + features along with Rogers. A bit of a learning curve for a senior. Quite different look and feel from the Phillips TV set up I had before.

Good product but lacking one feature
I bought this tv just before Christmas. It was easy to connect but I found it difficult to set up (79 years old and not great with digital stuff).
The picture and sound are great.
The tv does not have a digital optical port so I can’t hook up my hearing aids directly to the tv and for me, that is a a bit of a problem

Complicated
Very complicated to setup Bluetooth device or add on things like cameras smart bulbs or Bluetooth items earbuds or keyboard mouse. I can’t get it to add any extras or apps. All onscreen instructions or any googled very hard to understand. So I have a tv that’s useless. But hey great picture and sound.

The User Guide is also built into your TV: Settings > Support > Tips and User Guides. Your TV includes Learn Menu Screen, an accessibility feature that provides audio guidance for on-screen menus. When enabled, the TV announces the name and function of each menu item as you scroll, without making changes. This is helpful for users who are visually impaired or new to Smart TV menus. Enable it at: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen, and exit by pressing the Return key twice. Overall fair choice for price
Overview image quality is clear and setup was easy. But the construction of the frame and screen seem flimsy and at risk for damage. At the top of the device, there was a thin black adhesive film connecting the screen to the frame. The film separated as soon as I gently removed it from the box.
