Changing picture size
Changing the picture size is a rather cumbersome process. I have owned several Samsung TVs, and the process for changing picture size is different for each of them. Some standardization would be helpful.

Great picture
Way better picture quality than our old tv that we replaced. Tye picture is so much clearer when there is fast action on the screen. The picture is so crisp, clear and bright. It also has lots of features that I have only just touched the surface of exploring so far. My husband was realy excited about the feature where the TV could find his phone!

Samsung sharpest picture ever
This is my perfect TV, and I've had several Samsungs.
The main reason I purchased the qled was to hook up my Series 9 HW-N950 Soundbar with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. Sadly it is not a compatible model for QSYMPHONY.
Although it's a disappointment, I have to say that the picture quality makes it palpable. After changing my sound setting to AI mode, it was the difference ...

Love this tv!
I bought this just about a month ago and love this tv!!! Super easy to set up, got all these fancy settings and automatic settings!! Love love love it!

Excellent Choice
I am satisfied with my first "Samsung" TV purchase. The size, picture and sound are good. Setting up the Bluetooth devices was easy. I highly recommend the TV.

bought this a month ago and sure like it, the remote is useless so bought an aftermarket one thats not solar powered, now it works fine

General features.
Resolution is much better than my old LG. It took a few minutes to figure out how to move from the apps to satellites tv that could be controlled by my old remote. The 65” looked very large compared to the 42” LG but now we appreciate the size.

Solid TV with great software
We have had the TV go a few months and it is doing its job really well. Picture is great and software is solid and responsive. We would buy another one if needed.
