Beautiful Display

Bad Keyboard. Not full features.
Excitedly bought this last night. Turned it oh to go through setup. Got to WiFi code, brought up keyboard for WiFi password and NO HYPHEN ON KEYBOARD. HAD 2 UNDERLINES. The password for the WiFi system required a Hyphen. No work around. Being a senior, very, I took Samsungs AD of easy set up. May be, but need full keyboard. Had a couple of other seniors check. ...

Horrible TV, Horrible Customer Service
Guys. I bought this TV and finally recieved it on 7-16-2025. I came home last night (8-1-2025) and it had completely burned out. No power, no nothing. This was a Sunday night and their customer service was closed, so I waiting to call at 8am on the dot Monday morning. Love this TV
Very user friendly, love the picture quality, just wish had better sounds quality, but I can get a sounds bar for that, I’ve always been a fan Samsung tv’s

Would like universal remote control
I just purchased het crystal uhd u8000f 43 inch, I have small room. Very frustrating setting up the tv when you stream multiple services. I do not care for this simple remote, I would prefer a universal remote with all the selections. I am having a hard time finding one for this specific tv. Any suggestions on where to buy one, that would be great.

Samsung Crystal UHD Smart TV
This is our first Samsung product. We are pleased with the picture and the sound but it was very difficult to set up. We still can’t figure out how to get the apps we want on the TV. It is very confusing trying to figure out to fix anything in the settings. Setting up and navigating a Tv should not be this difficult. Not sure I would choose another Samsung product.

Brighter color & sharper picture
This tv replaced my previous Samsung that went out after just under 4 years. The colors are brighter & the picture is sharper.

This TV has an amazing screen
This TV has been more impressive than I thought it'd be. Theres been features that I didn't think id find helpful to have, like the Samsung smart things connectivity capabilities to the amazing picture quality compared to previous televisions I have owned. No matter what I'm watching its a great experience

Finally joined the family
We bought this television to replace a 55 inch tv that was another brand. Upon purchasing this TV and getting it set up it was immediately evident that this product had a much better picture. Beautiful Product from Samsung
Samsung has always been my go to for electronics. The 8000 series did not disappoint. Picture quality is superb, sound is amazing and the new slim, sexy remote is easy to use. I enjoy all of the features, Samsung plus ➕️ and lots more. Overall, it's a well improved television. I would recommend it to anyone.

Nice Picture - Affordable Price
We use this TV with a DVR cable box and streaming apps included in our cable package. The lack of clear instructions presents a problem for those less tech savvy.

Another Great TV in the living room

Awesome tv
The TV was a purchase for my son. He needed an upgrade and since we love all things Samsung. We have them.all throughout the house. So he said he wants one since his room.was the only one without one.He is heavily into gaming and he said how the games look better on this TV compared to his old one.
