Best Frame Yet — Worth the Upgrade, Minor Tweaks
Very easy setup from start to finish. The picture quality is excellent, and the menus and software are intuitive and responsive. Coming from a 2021 Frame TV, the improvements are noticeable and appreciated.
That said, it would be great if older Frame models could continue to receive software updates for a longer period.

Disappointed customer
I got this frame tv a year ago august.. I would not give it 1 star.. it has two black lines going throw the tv.. and can’t get a refund.. so disappointed .. really liked the tv when I got it first.

Great picture quality
Love watching my TV. I don't like going to the movies but I enjoy being able to get a movie experience without going to the theater.

This television has great features.
I absolutely love my new television. It is definitely an upgrade from my previous Samsung. I love the clean lines, simple design, picture quality, and art features. It really complements my space. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Beautiful Upgrade to my Living Room

From there, you can search for and select your Frame Pro TV model to view or download the available guides.
The e-Manual & Remote Control Guide are also conveniently built into your TV: Settings > Support > Tips and User Guides.
For additional guidance, your TV also includes Accessibility features designed to assist with navigation and remote use.
• Learn Menu Screen provides audio guidance for on-screen menus by announcing the name and function of each item as you scroll – without making any changes. This is especially helpful for users who are visually impaired or new to Smart TV menus. Enable via: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. To exit, press the Return key twice.
• Learn TV Remote helps users become familiar with the layout and function of each button on the Samsung remote. Pressing a button (other than Power) will prompt the TV to announce its name and purpose, again without affecting TV operation. Love the look!
We bought the tv to hang over a fireplace. It is exactly what we were looking for. The tv hangs perfectly flat. We purchased a frame to put around, but the tv is just as nice with the black frame that is standard on tv. The TV That Doubles as Art
The display was stunning — crisp, colorful, and genuinely convincing as framed art when not in TV mode. A true piece of art
We purchased our TV in the summer of 2025. The art and picture quality is an absolute highlight of the TV. The one connect box works well to reduce the amount of cords visible around the TV.

Frame TV was a great choice

Cream of the crop
The 85” frame tv has delivered as advertised. So nice to have the artwork when the tv off. Great selection of available art. The tv delivers as well when steaming sports and movies. Looking to purchasing at least one more smaller one for another part of the house.
