Art mode now requires constant internet connection
Beware this new Frame TV Pro requires CONSTANT internet connection for the sole use of Art Mode. You are no longer allowed to use this TV offline to simply display your own pictures transferred via USB to the TV. Samsung support continues to advertise this is possible, but this TV is useless without a constant internet connection. Even adding this TV to its own VLAN wit...

Connectivity is key
Great connectivity with the rest of my appliances, including my other TV washer, dryer and microwave and fridge all Samsung products having them talk to each other’s greatly be beneficial as well as the added bonus of not having to change the artwork every time my wife wants to have something new hung up

Frame pro
Beautiful tv. Nice picture. Only negative is that you can’t have the Samsung box more than approx 3 feet away from your tv or the voices don’t match with the sound and the picture freezes.

Mimidonkies, Thank you for sharing your experience. Please note the Wireless One Connect Box range is up to 10m (~33ft). If you're seeing a message that says "The signal strength is low. Adjust the location of your Wireless One Connect." while watching content from an external source (such as a set-top box, game console, or antenna), this means the wireless signal between the TV and the Wireless One Connect is weak. To help restore a strong connection, please follow these steps: 1. Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Connections > Wireless One Connect > Wireless One Connect Status > Adjust 2. Carefully adjust the Wireless One Connect Box's location and angle. The goal is to align it until the antenna icon turns blue, which indicates optimal signal strength and a secure connection. Additionally, the lip sync issues you've mentioned may be related to the content source, but if you're noticing the audio delay across all sources or channels, especially when using an external speaker setup (soundbar, receiver, etc.), there are a few settings that may help: 1. Adjust Digital Audio Delay. You can manually increase the audio delay to better match the video: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay 2. Enable Audio Pass-Through. Samsung TVs include an audio pass-through option, which sends the audio signal directly to your connected soundbar or receiver without additional processing by the TV. Please note that Art Mode & Art Store have always required both an Internet connection as well as a Samsung Account; however, you can display your own photos &/or artwork that you've previously uploaded to The Frame via the SmartThings app or via USB and then view them in Art Mode offline. This support link may provide helpful information on Art Mode as well: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00076727/ If you're seeing a message that says "Wireless One Connect is disconnected" while watching content from an external source (such as a set-top box, game console, or antenna), this typically means the TV has lost its wireless connection to the Wireless One Connect Box. To resolve this issue, please try the following steps: 1. Check that the Wireless One Connect Box is powered on. If it’s turned off, power it back on. Once powered, the TV should automatically reconnect when the signal is strong enough. 2. Amazing TV and it doesnt look out of place when it
I bought this for a conference room at my job and everyone loves it. When they are using it it for meetings or presentations, it looks great. The best part is if your in the room and your not using the TV it just looks like a good digital picture frame. Sometime I forgot its a TV when I walk past the room

Samsung Frame 65 inch tv — Don’t buy it! They char
Don’t buy it! They charge a subscription for still paintings. They don’t tell you this when you buy it. They give you three green shots that you wouldn’t hang up anywhere. And there a lag in speech between the screen and the One Connect Box. It’s also quite slow in n terms of processing commands and often freezes up. It’s Garbage

Frustrating Interface
I am very disappointed that i need to use HDMI or a mobile app to stream my personal photos through the TV. I use my laptop for editing and cataloguing my photographs. It's cumbersome and inconvenient to have to migrate them to my phone in order to display them on the television. Living Room Centre Piece
Excellent TV! Love the picture mode for stand by. Just one tiny simple remote! Very easy to set up via WIFI. Mounting on a stone wall was easy. The sound is powerful without extra sound bar.

No regrets!
This is our first framed tv and we are really happy with our decision. The resolution is excellent and with the mat finish and slim profile, it is honestly looks like a piece of art.
