NOTHING IS EASY OR OBVIOUS. WE REGRET BUYING THIS TV/FRAME.
Plan to allocate two afternoons of your weekend to mount your new Samsung. (My wife has a Master’s degree from Yale in engineering; I am a computer programmer and technical writer; both of us found the mounting and setup instructions to be confusing and extremely frustrating. Samsung should be ashamed.)

Its good but...
Pretty solid TV but I would not pay the extra again if given the opportunity. The art functionality isnt thay wow to be honest and have some settings issues as well.

New Family room experience
The aesthetics of the television is outstanding, slim and beautiful, The brightness of the television is excellent, especially in a dark room, The interface is new And something I have to get used to, The texture of the screen is excellent. Reminds me of a matte painting and the vibrancy of the sound and the aesthetics is welcoming

What a piece of pure art!
This has been the best purchase. Will not buy a normal TV again! The Tv quality is 10/10 but to them be able to select a different piece of art at your leisure is incredible. Highly recommend.

Art Mode
Poor application to upload photos. Very slow and no duplicate detection. Thumbnails don't show photo for many photos unless TV is not disturbed for few hours after upload.

To help you get the most from your TV and remote functions, you can download the full e-Manual and more by visiting Samsung’s website then navigating to: Support > Manual & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for and select your Frame TV model to view or download the available guides.
The e-Manual & Remote Control Guide are also conveniently built into your TV: Settings > Support > Tips and User Guides.
For additional guidance, your TV also includes Accessibility features designed to assist with navigation and remote use.
• Learn Menu Screen provides audio guidance for on-screen menus by announcing the name and function of each item as you scroll – without making any changes. This is especially helpful for users who are visually impaired or new to Smart TV menus. Enable via: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. To exit, press the Return key twice.
• Learn TV Remote helps users become familiar with the layout and function of each button on the Samsung remote. Pressing a button (other than Power) will prompt the TV to announce its name and purpose, again without affecting TV operation. Great feature

Looks really good and it elevated the aesthetic of my living room. Sound i decent. Like the images it displays. The matte appears is great for well lit areas.
