Exactly what I wanted
The storage space was a bit overkill for what I was wanting but definitely met my needs for having music play along with my photos. I am very happy with it and might get another one for a gift as well.

Not as I expected
The interface was not intuitive. Setting the date on Calendar wasn't working: after changing the month I could not move to the date nor the year field to change. I could not play the slide show on my USB that I created on my MacBook Pro 10.11.06. I got error invalid format.

Exactly what I wanted

Plug got hot after less
Plug got hot after less than a day. The clock feature was small and difficult to read at any distance.

Loved the frame
Loved the electronic frame! The pictures are very clear and it was very easy to set it up. Quite pleased with my purchase!!!

not a good buy
it does not keep the slideshow on nonstop. you have to go back in to select it at max of 15 minutes.

Easy to Operate with the Help of Awesome Aluratek Representative!
We needed help converting the video we created for a gift to our mother. Rommel at Aluratek took the time to convert the video to the correct file in order to play on the digital photo frame. He actually converted TWICE because we weren't completely done with the video when we first sent it to him. Thank you again for incredible customer service Rommel! Our mother loves...

Best in class performance
Online page and ordering process excellent. Pricing excellent. Shipped and arrived as stated. Product excellent. Well packaged and free of shipping "blemishes". Not what I had expected from a business supply company.

Okay But
The product as supplied was pretty good. Some issues vis a vis how to actually do some file transference and an issue with the remote. Contacted Aluratek direct: support leaves something to be desired.

Perfect for the office desk
I like this digital photo frame because of the size. It's not too big or distracting to be placed on my office desk. The photo upload was easy to learn. The picture is very clear.
