Works as designed . Fast and easy to use. Has a micro and full size slot. My new laptop only had the micro unfortunately.

Card Reader Won't Accept Card it Was Purchased For
It's not universal, as the sales rep thought and told me and it doesn't accept the card from my digital camera, which was my whole purpose in purchasing it.

Alurtech External USB SD Card Reader.
This is an excellent option if, like me, your internal reader no longer reads SD cards and your laptop is out of warrant. It’s very inexpensive and easy to set up. It works great.

Ordered this when I got a laptop that did not have a slot for a photo (SD card. Super easy to use, very fast transfer of photos, loving it so far.
