I am not happy. After working for a couple of days, the "mobile device not found" message comes on the headphone again and again after telling me the device is 100% charged.
There are no instructions provided with the headset so I cannot find a solution if there is one.

BOSE NOISE CANCELLING HEADPHONES
Love my NC headphones, I had Beats Studio Pro before (not cheap) but after a few months I was plagued with static that didn't go away. Have had Bose headphones before not NC and have always loved the quality and the sound.

Just ok
Bought the QC quiet comfort a few weeks ago and they do not compare to the AE headphones that I have had for over 10 years. I feel like the battery is not are good as the AE models. They don't fit like the AE model. For example, they're not as snug as the AE headphones. I would say, save your money and purchase something else.

Great option when you don't want Bluetooth
I bought the quiet comfort ear phones in grey and I love them. I like having ear phones that do not require Bluetooth. I had an older model of these from back in the day that were even more sound blocking and smaller, but these work for me. They are not meant to sleep in, but you can relax in flight with them comfortably.

First pair I've purchased for myself, I love them.
Had tried out friends' before and wasn't sure about them - the noise canceling feature seemed to give me headaches but these have been great so far. Being able to switch between the aware and quiet easily is a nice touch. Sound is great, battery lasts much longer than I expected.

I like everything EXCEPT the noise of things like steam, water running, etc in the background can be heard like horrible static in the headphones. People I"m talking to on the phone say the background traffic noise s so loud they can't talk to me, or water running is too loud for them to hear me even though it's all "normal". Regrettably disappointed
Purchased refurbished headphones about a month ago and can’t say that I’m blown away by the sound quality. I’m in my own WOLRD with these headphones!
These are the best pair of headphones I’ve ever owned! The sound quality is absolutely amazing and clear! They are also super comfortable and light. The noise canceling is superb! I love the Ice Blue color too! Listening to music in these is like stepping into the song - it just takes you to another dimension! Buy these, highly recommended!
