Too complicated for me
I bought two sets of headphones. I could not figure out how to set them up to utilize the noise cancellation feature, the feature I wanted to use. So I sent a set to each of my daughters and I believe they will be able to put the headphones to good use

The Price Was Right
Headphones appear to be of high quality. The sound is great and the controls work smoothly. Ear cups are very comfortable. I prefer buying the Bose brand because I expect a high standard of quality from the company. Previous product (Bose Wave Radio/CD) has been of high quality and very reliable.

Easy on & off switch plus volume control
Very clear & comforting to wear for hours. I’m going on dialysis soon so these will same me to keep my mind sane. Thanks for a great product.

Great Headphones!
Really great and stylish headphones. Really good quality sound as well. Took off 1 star for the case. It doesn't fit the headphones so easily as it came in. I know the upgraded model of this has slots to make it easier to put those in, so kind of kicking myself I didn't go with those. Either way though, these are great overall.

Noise cancellation poor.
Bought for my wife because she always liked mine, which she bought for me many years ago. She tried them Christmas Day and was disappointed. The noise cancellation doesn't work like it does on the original. Sorry! I know you've heard this a lot but it's true. We both tried side by side and it's a large difference. It's like the new one doesn't work at all.
