Too complicated for me
I bought two sets of headphones. I could not figure out how to set them up to utilize the noise cancellation feature, the feature I wanted to use. So I sent a set to each of my daughters and I believe they will be able to put the headphones to good use

Regrettably disappointed
Purchased refurbished headphones about a month ago and can’t say that I’m blown away by the sound quality. First issue is that sound seems flat- like I can’t get enough treble (to my liking),secondly I find that when I touch the outside of the headphones a static sound appears and effects the sound quality. I’m in my own WOLRD with these headphones!
These are the best pair of headphones I’ve ever owned! The sound quality is absolutely amazing and clear! They are also super comfortable and light. The noise canceling is superb! I love the Ice Blue color too! Listening to music in these is like stepping into the song - it just takes you to another dimension! Buy these, highly recommended!

Great headphones
The sound quality is amazing and the noise cancellation is the best I’ve ever experienced. The color is also amazing and they are quite comfortable. Overall, I really love these headphones and they really enhance my listening experience.

Great headphones!

Very comfortable

Static feedback
They are very comfortable and the sound quality is great but I keep getting a static-y skip every few minutes. Across different devices and while listening to music or watching tv shows.

Love it as always
Love the color and the look only thing I have to add is that I wish was more noise canceling , was good the first 2 weeks and after not like b4 . This is the 4th pair I have from Bose so I know wha to expect but I thought this year will be better

Meeting My Expectations
I’m very happy with my new Bose QuietComfort headphones. I got the Twilight Blue color, which looks just like what’s pictured. They are very comfortable over my ears and the noise canceling option works great. They are a wee big on my little head, but not so much that I’d want to send them back.

Great Sound for Normal Size Heads
I am enjoying my Bose QuietComfort Headphones very much. The sounds is amazing and I especially love the quiet feature. The only thing I wish they had was an adjustment to make the headphones smaller. I obviously don’t have a huge head and they often fall forward. I make it work because I like them but I wish there was an insert of some sort that I could add.

Bose Quiet Comfort Headphones.
Love the sound! I have tinnitus and it can be difficult for me to hear in a noisy area. The Bose Headphones help make is super quiet when I'm working in an open office space that can get very loud. A little expensive but, worth the price. 4 out of 5 stars.

Awesome headphones
I purchased these for my wife after having her listen to my Bose quiet comfort head phones. I had previously purchased her some beats headphones that she found were quite heavy and uncomfortable. She had also stated that the noise cancellation was not as good as my Bose headphones. After her receiving and settling up her new Bose headphones she loves them.

I received the Bose headphones. The sound is clear .
I thought it would give a bigger bang for the bucks.
The volume doesn’t reach the heights I’m hoping for.
It’s connected to a I 15 plus phone.
Also I’ve lost the connection a few times and it is difficult to reconnect
When I open the Bose app, it only shows me to connect which could take some time.
Not enough volume...
