Exceptional Listening Experience

Stopped working in weeks
These buds stopped working in a few weeks. The right bud no longer connects and now the full pack + buds will not connect via Bluetooth.

Great comfort and noise cancelling but some hiss
Very comfortable and great noise cancelling, but sound quality could be improved - in particular there is some hiss in all modes.

The sound quality is wonderful, I like the feature that they can be paired with multiple devices. The only downside is the way the earbuds fit in the charger. Would recommend these earbuds and would buy again.

I didn't even know what earbuds were until my son gave me his old pair. Unfortunately, I broke the tip off and had to buy a new pair. Helps so much with daily exercise and cleaning.

Superb buds

Definitely an upgrade
After having the Ultra Earbuds for a couple years and these finally going on sale for a good price, these are definitely an upgrade from the first generation. Sound is so much better and clearer. The bass was the biggest improvement. The charge last alot longer as well. Would've preferred that the case came in all gold. Definitely worth the price.

No wind protection — but otherwise great
No wind protection. Great noise canceling unless it’s windy. When it’s windy, you can really hear the wind. Everything else is amazing. Just need to fix the wind issue.

Sound quality is amazing
The sound quality is excellent and lives up to Bose expectations. I wish the small ear piece was a tiny bit smaller or they offered a smaller size. They do sit in my ear without falling out as quick as other brands! I also wish there was a way to disable the touch features - I would brush against them trying to move my hair and it would pause the song or change the audi...

Outstanding comfort and exceptional quality
Bose quality in a refined package. The fit and finish are excellent, comfort is outstanding, the buds can be worn for hours with no soreness, and the sound quality is perfect for my ears. The bass is good, mids are on point. A weakness is the 3-band equaliser found in the app, if you want full control of your sound. Otherwise, a solid piece of kit that I recommend.

Great features and it fits well
