Worth it
Super comfortable fit. Noise cancelling is great on planes and in the office. I use it for taking calls, and the sound quality is great. Only issue is I wish there was the ability to have more granular volume controls. Getting volume as low as possible still sounds too loud for me, and I rarely use it to listen to music.

Worth it

Very underwhelming not impressed
Incredibly underwhelming is what my first impression was, and unfortunately that hasn’t changed.
I would rather have less battery and more power they got very little jam to em.
The quiet comfort earbuds have better bass and better noise cancelling, but these are definitely super comfy, just really disappointing

Total Noise Reduction
I purchased headphones for an exceptionally long plane ride to eliminate the engine noise watching movies. Was seated right by the engine/wings. Wearing these headphones was like being in a soundproof booth. They were also extremely comfortable the entire trip.

Great with a little quirk.
Very happy but I keep hearing the plastic in the cups when I move my head around. Like some parts are stretching and it can be distracting. Other than that, very much a fan.

Awesome product!
I bought this a week ago and it hasn’t disappointed. It sounds generally the same as the first generation, but the bass is a little stronger and responsive. In very happy with it and won’t be going back to anything else!

Luxe quality
Love the noise cancellation of these! Super comfortable to wear and great quality. Superior call quality and never have an issue with people hearing me.
Only downside is that they aren’t the best for working out, at least for me. They feel loose when I bend over to pick things up which stresses me out that they will fall. I’ll stick with my QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds f...

The best headphones on the market! The whole sound profile is better. You have better bass. You have better mid-range. Better separation of instruments. Simply the best headphones available.

Mixed Happiness
Not loving having to remember tones for modes. Maybe operator error but it won’t link to my Samsung TV and can’t see if it’s in pairing mode when I’m wearing them. Otherwise, they compare well with my older QC earbuds for noise cancellation. I do wish there was an explicit switch to turn off Bluetooth.

Very comfortable
I bought these as a present for someone, because I gave a pair that I love. They are easy on the ears and easily adjustable to fit the head. The sound is amazing and it is simple to switch between modes

Quality sound
I like quality and strong performance. The 2nd gen QC headphones look great and feel comfortable to wear. The 3 options for NC, Aware, Immersion & Quiet are a plus. I can hear just like I was in the video or music. I like the strong bass notes & detailed instrument sounds. I would recommend these headphones...

Makes your trip much better!
I bought the headphones a couple weeks ago and took my first trip last week. They did a great job of blocking out the noise and the music sounded fantastic. When I see a good discount I'm going to buy another pair for my better half.

Love the upgrade! A bit pricy, but worth it.
Bought these to replace my RayCon headphones. They’re such high quality, and the noise cancelling is phenomenal, almost TOO good. Sound quality is crisp and the app makes it have the best personal blend of sound with the EQ.

Best headphones I’ve purchased!
I’ve had these for a little over a month now, and I can say these are the best headphones I’ve owned so far. I love that they don’t become uncomfortable after hours of wear. Being able to customize the sound is the best feature, I have a feature for the gym, cleaning around the house, and for when I just want to relax and enjoy some good sound. Hands down a 10/10!
