Did not work on server 2012 R2
Included driver just crashed the server. Downloaded updated driver did not crash but still cannot enable wifi. Maybe Windows Update could fix it, but for that the server needs to be on the internet, which is why I got the stick to start with :-(

Good product but...
I installed the drivers from disk and suffered poor performance. Once I remove the included software the adapter worked fine. This also affected USB150WN1X1 adapter. Not a problem for me but someone else might give up sooner.
