Received defective
The metal sides would no lock so we couldn't hang any folders in it so we returned it and bought something else from a different website.

Very flimsey
Disappointed in the quality of this but I will make it do rather than go thru the hassle of returning it.

Hanging folder frame
A very flimsy product I returned it immediately because it did not rest in a level fashion and I seriously doubt it could bear the weight of many folders. Also it was considerably more expensive than the traditional system.

Described as easy to shorten the metal sides/arms however they to not break easy at the marked areas use caution because they will bend beond where you want to really break it. The hinges located in the center of the metal sides/arms prevent from smooth movement of files and makes a slight rise in the center (can not be corrected). Not impressed with this product I w...

Pendaflex file holder
The file holder was fine but the process of having it shipped was not. It did not arrive on the day promised and I had to make multiple calls before I found someone who could help me and get the product sent to me.

G'wan try to shorten the rails - I dare you
I ordered these for my offices because they look sturdier than the frames that use screws to secure the rails. They might work great but it is next to impossible to shorten the rails. The description says "no tools necessary"...the description lies. We have not been able to shorten the rails even with pliers. If you have a hacksaw these could work. Anything less tha...
