solution for the cap not opening?
Ditto with everyone else. It just came out under the cap and made a mess. What is with the cap on these? Ridiculous. I don't want to waste my time taking it back to the store if that is the solution.

Works good for me!
I've used this product for a few years and it works well. Haven't had problems with the cap not opening or coming off . I just squeeze the cap at the bottom, twist, and it pops up like it should . I like having a good cleaner that doesn't have bleach. My only complaint is that it still has a chemical smell.

That Cap Has Got to GO!!!!
I love Lysol products they are everywhere in my house but I HATE the cap on the toilet cleaner!!!! It is next to impossible to open and I dread cleaning the toilets! Works okay but stained the toilet bowls
This worked okay, not great but I liked that there was no bleach in it. Now I've noticed that all of our toilet bowls are stained blue and it won't come off. I would like to know how to remove this stain - it looks awful!

What is your response to the cap issues???
I came to your website because I too have problems with the cap either it's impossible to open or it spills out all over the bottle itself. I notice you respond one on one but, consumers lilke myself would like to know the answer as well. Great product:) Bad packaging:(

TBC with Hydrogen Peroxide
Been using Lysol TBC with bleach for years. Very happy with it, but I hate bleach. I hate the smell and it's potential for damage. I decided to try the HP based TBC just recently. It's ok. Any other Lysol cleaners with a minty smell?
I love the way this cleans, but even more I love the smell! I am very sensitive to chemical scents and the minty smell of this toilet cleaner always makes me happy. I discovered this product by accident as I used to buy a different cleaner that was out of stock at the time. Does Lysol make any other cleaners with this scent?

I Wouldn't know if Lysol TGoilet Bowl Cleaner is Good or
I wouldn't know if this product is any good or not because I'm not even able to open the bottle! I've never seen worse packaging in my life. You're supposed to squeeze and turn to open the lid - my hands aren't strong enough to squeeze hard enough - my hand will probably hurt for a week. Nice product, bad cap
The product works just fine. The problem was the cap not opening at all! I went to the store twice for this product: to buy it, and then to exchange the first one I bought, thinking it was just defective; but when I brought the second home it STILL didn't work. I finally tried poking a hole in the cap and now it works.

Does NOT remove even minor stains
I used your Power & Free Toilet Bowl Cleaner on three of my toilet that I normally use. I admit that there were minor (non rust) stains in them, because I travel for work and the water sits for a few days. While the product did clean the toilet bowl, it did not remove the minor stains. I cannot figure out how to use the cap. Every time I open it and squeeze out some product, it leaks from the base and gets all over everything. Either I'm doing something wrong, or the cap is not designed correctly

Bad cap
I got this product a few days ago and just used it today. I couldn't get the liquid to come out. It started to come out from the bottom of the cap. It occurred to me to poke a hole on top to get the liquid to come out. It worked. The product works, but please find an easier way for the liquid to come out.
