I just transferred all my possible business to Quill..
Sometimes mistakes are made. I though I had ordered the correct folders and it turned out I received the wrong Smead Folders. A call to Quill corrected that and the item we were looking for arrived. The folders were what we needed and of a quality that I could rely upon. But most importantly was the SERVICE I received. Quill did not want to find fault they just wanted ...

RELIABLE FOLDERS
Great folders we have used these folders for years now and have always held up and have been reliable. The only thing I would have different is that the blue folders were expandable.
