Hanging File Folder Frames
You really need two people to put them together. One person to hold the frame in place while the second person tightens the screw. Their not hard to put together there just awkward due to their size.

Did Not Fit My Use
I wanted to be able to hang legal-sized folders in a letter sized drawer. This entails (obviously) turning the files sideways. This item doesn't allow that.

They are well made folders but I ordered the legal size rack for the drawer at the same time as the folders and the folders are bigger than the rack and have to hang at an angle.

Hanging Folder Frames
These frames are perfect. I measured the lenght and width of my drawers first read the reviews about many products and chose this one. The frame is sturdy and fit perfectly. Set up wasn't difficult a little clumsy but all you need is a flat head screw driver and five minutes of patience. I did not have to break any tabs off as the length was just right.

Could be better
Surely modern mechanical engineers can design a better system for hanging folders. The Order came quickly and was affordable but clumsy and hard to assemble.
