LOVE IT !!
I don't see why there is so many negative reviews with this phone cord its actually more then great it connected perfectly to the poly com phones we use here at work compared to the garbage one i had before which would tangle constantly and was super uncomfortable to use you have to connect the bottom cord to the piece it brings to avoid tangling and then connect it...

Attachment is horrible
I can't use the attacher because it keeps cutting out and coming loose. Then my phone conversation cuts out.

Good Attachment - Could use a Better Cord
The cord is not strong enough to support it's own weight. That being said the detangler itself is pretty good.

Didn't last long. boo!
I bought these for our office phones as we all hate the constant tangles we get in our phone cords but after about a month of use they seemed to cut off connection of the phone. I would have to twist it around to try and find a good angle to hear the other person when I would go over the intercom it would break up. It does keep the cord untangled though.

Purchased this and there is a lot of static on the phone now.I remove the Twisstop and the static is gone.I do not recommend this product.
