I have others that kind of worked. You still had to twist them at times. This one is great!

Not long enough
Description states shaft is long enough to fit into deep socket receivers but this is untrue. It is not long enough to secure into the handset of my MITEL 5330e phone

Don't Get It Twisted
This simple cord detangler does exactly what it is meant for. The smooth spin rotates effortlessly as I answer each phone call. This is a must for busy office staff and people who love to talk on corded phones.

Works Great!
My office phone cord was continually getting tangled to the point where I would pull my phone off its stand when I answered the phone. I would sometimes even have the phone pulled out of my hand because the tangle was so bad! Ever since I started using this cord detangler I haven't had any issues whatsoever! It's fantastic and so easy to install.

Did not fit
This cord did not work on by Digium Switchvox desk phone. The cord end could not snap into the receiver.

Interferes with phone operation
Does not work - have to stay very close to the phone if any pressure on the cord it makes call cut in and out. Very hard to get disconnected

Solved a problem. Created a problem.
The product did keep the phone cord from getting tangled but created a tremendous amount of static on the line. Had to return the item sadly.

Softalk Rotating detangler
Excellent product. Works better than I thought it would. Thought we needed new phone cords because they were so coiled but not necessary with this accessory.

Did not fit the phone was way too long. When it was on the phone it laid on the desk and that would keep it pulled out of handpiece.

CORD DETANGLER
A cord detangler was requested by several in our office. For our phones this model is great...does the job. Frequent phone activity causes phone cord to twist up and this product is a great help to prevent this.
