Swingline Stapler purchase
My office has purchased this same stapler previously and like it. Unfortunately Staples no longer has the 13/32"punch head available. This is the main reason we purchase this stapler but are going to try the 11/32" punch head size.

Design of handle awkward.
I ordered this pricier hold punch due to my others not lasting very long. But to use it the handle design is awkward. The others I have used had a handle that extended the whole length of the punch.
