- Rinses easily to save water and time, resulting in a residue-free surface.
- Undiluted concentrate complies with the most restrictive state regulations on volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
- Non-flammable formula reduces hazards for workers and the workplace when used, shipped or stored.
- Cleans and leaves behind a refreshing sassafras scent.
- Exempt from OSHA & EPA special handling & personal protection requirements for hazardous materials.
- Water-based formula free of butyl, solvents and phosphates helps meet workplace safety and disposal requirements.
- Mild alkaline pH of 8.5 - 9.2 means compatibility with a wide variety of porous and non-porous surfaces including metals, rubbers, plastics, glass, rinsable textures, and fabrics.
- Biodegradable formula reaches 100% biodegradation within six months when disposed into a sanitary sewer or septic system (per OECD 301D extended testing).
