The Zebra ZD621R (model ZD6A142‑301RR1EZ) is a premium 4-inch desktop thermal-transfer printer with integrated RFID encoding.
It combines 203dpi print quality (upgradable to 300dpi) and fast throughput at up to 8ips, powered by a robust 512MB/256MB memory architecture. The printer features a vibrant 4.3″ color touch LCD that simplifies setup with intuitive wizards and status LEDs, and offers versatile connectivity options—USB, Ethernet, Serial, BLE for setup, with optional Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth radios. Equipped with the RE40 RFID module, it supports UHF EPC Gen2 V2 and RAIN RFID tags with easy adaptive encoding, ensuring precise print-and-encode performance. Built on Zebra’s Link‑OS platform, it includes the PrintDNA suite, enabling enhanced security, remote management, and language emulations (ZPL, EPL, XML, ZBI, PDF). Compact yet durable, the ZD621R’s dual-wall frame, media dancer, and OpenACCESS™ design ensure reliability and ease of use, while optional battery power makes it ideal for mobile applications.
