Pushed the pump too hard one time so part of it was inside the tube. I had to pull the small plastic piece out to re-adjust. While it looks fine, detergent leaks out from the side. Shouldn't be so easily destroyable! Have to get a new/different dish wand.

First day I used it I pressed the small rubber button to release more suds into the sponge attachment and it fell into the handle. The way the item is constructed it's impossible to get the button back out, so I can no longer store soap in it. Kind of a bummer, but in terms of just a scrub brush it still gets the job done!

Love this dishwand. Concept is great especially for teflon pans that I do not put into the dishwasher. Cleans up pans easily and well. Only problem is in construction on the replacement heads that tend to leak the soap out. Soap then runs all over sink while being stored. Product needs attention to securing sponge to plastic holder.
