    I stick these on the underside of my metal sewing table (old office desk) to hold the electric cords coming out of the machines (3 machines). It is easier to unplug the cords from the front than to struggle with pulling them from the back of the desk out of the power strip. The magnetic clips adhere tightly -- one clip per cord. Keeps the cords away from my knees and feet.

    I purchased 12 packages to be used on my white boards at school. the stapes brand product has inconsistent magnet strengths; some were stronger than others. The name brand product was strong enough to use only one clip to hold laminated 11x14" 120# cardstock drawings, while the staples brand required 2 clips. I had over 100 drawings to display, you do the math.
