About this product

Kapton® Tapes are made from 1 Mil thick Dupont's Kapton® HN film with silicone adhesive that leaves no residue. These Kapton Tapes are designed for temporary masking of electronic and other components during assembly and manufacturing process. They are extremely versatile and their thermal performance provides unlimited potential from electronic circuits in the camera to the space missions to the next generation of photovoltaic and solar cells. They have been used in applications at temperatures as low as -269°C (-452°F) and as high as 260°C (500°F). They are available in widths of up to 19 inches.
