The Brother QL-500 PC label maker is compatible with PCs and Macs, so you can use it with all of your office computers. Microsoft add-ins let you print with templates from Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus you get database connectivity for .csv, .txt and Microsoft Access .mdb file types.
Convenient and Easy to Use
Use the Brother QL-500 PC label printer's own P-touch Editor software to make customized bar codes, text, frames and tables. Address-book software keeps frequently used mailing addresses instantly accessible. Thermal printing technology means the only consumable you need to replenish is label tape, so this label printer is ready to go when you need it.
