Create your own party banner for any occasion. This kit includes 84 cardstock letter and number cutouts in rainbow colors with a navy outline. Join the characters together by pushing a plastic fastener through the holes on each end of the cardstock cutout, then secure the fastener with a small plastic ring on the back. Mount your banner to any surface using tape, string, or Sticky Tack (sold separately).
