dry erase markers
the markers were already dried out, right out of the package, and useless. At least the eraser worked.

Good the second time around
The first package I bought had 3 dried-up markers in it. After exchanging them, the following package and all contents worked well.

Great dry pens and eraser
Nice colors, bright, vivid, writes smooth, eraser is nice but does not really clean the dry board very well. So I bought some cleaning spray too and it seems to do a better job.

Could be better
These were exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a fine point to enable me to write on my small desk calendar. Unfortunately, the black marker was totally dried out. I did not feel like returning them so I am just using the colored ones.

Waste of money
I have a black glass board. The ink didn’t show up and the cleaner only smeared the glass. Had to use a microfiber rag to clean the board

Problem with expo pens
The first set I bought included a black pen with absolutely no ink in it! Had to take a trek back to Staples to replace it. Second batch ok but not as thin line as advertised
