The gowns are thin but durable enough for our purpose. Our staff says the length, long sleeves and high neckline are what they need to keep nail dust off of their scrubs as they do nail care on patients. We ordered XL as a "one size fits all" option for all employees and it works fine as the long ties can be tied loose or tighter as needed for each employee.
