useful, comes with carry bag
stethoscope comes with a good assortment of accessories, two replacement plastic face domes, and 3 bells, along with ear tips. doesn't include the tool needed to unscrew the fitting from the bells tho.
the cuff includes a carry bag, and the bulb and gage. calibration is not mentioned, nor does the gage seem to have anywhere for adjusting the calibration.
