Great, well balanced
I thought this was great for summer practice. It has a balance of activities for good practice without overwhelming. I bought this for the parents that want something for their children to do to help prevent summer slide. I liked it so much for 5th grade that I bought the K-1 version for my son.

Excellent Resource
This is a very comprehensive study guide. It's easy for parents to use with their children and also for teachers to use the ideas for early finisher tasks and independent work to help smooth the transition between grades. I'm very satisfied with my first Carson Dellosa purchase and will keep them in mind for future purchases. They appear to have extensive materials to f...

This is the perfect choice
This is the perfect choice for our summer activities. I hate the summer brain drain and this workbook has just the right number of activities for each day.

Wonderful
My daughter works on this independently and actually asked for it before school ended since there’s are the summer workbooks we used last year. Some problems are challenging but I like that she takes the time to figure them out or ask me for help.
My only recommendation would be to leave sooner more space for kids to work out their math problems in the workbook. There’...

A fraction of the summer for a whole lot of benefit
The math is just challenging enough so that my son has to think back to earlier math lessons and apply what he’s learned. The language arts areas have taught him a few new words. He’s really enjoyed the geography exercises. It’s an all-around balanced collection of activities. The factoids on each day are fun to learn about. I bought the hardcopy version, instead of the...

Great study guide
I'm so happy I have this to keep my son engaged with an educational activity during summer break. It isn't too intensive to feel like schoolwork, but it also has the right amount of activities to keep his skills sharp.

Builds a foundation of confidence and preparedness
Recommend by a teacher, I have been using the Summer Bridge books every year since my twins began school. They are now going to six grade and are both principal honor roll, gifted, advanced and approved to begin Pre - AP. They have always tested high on SAT. My opinion is Summer Bridge books helped their confidence and preparedness by bridging them during the summer ove...

I was very pleased with my order. It was worth waiting for. The activities are appropriate for the grade and some are challenging. Just what I needed to complement the materials from school.

We use the Summer Bridge
We use the Summer Bridge Activities workbooks each summer. They really help with retention of the learning that happened during the school. It is a perfect bridge from school to summer to school again.

My head hurts
So my grandpa made me do this book and overall the questions and everything was good, but then I got stuck on a question on day 7 because I was super tired and he told me to do 2 days worth of work and my head is killing me because some of this stuff I forgot, so I think you guys should add books between different subjects because the math is killing me.
