Works like a charm!
I honestly never write internet reviews on products but I just had to for Puffs plus lotion. I have had a cold for going on a week now and have gone through at least 3 boxes of puffs plus lotion. What happent to Puffs with Lotion
Would not have anything but Puffs with Aloe lotion in my home for years. Accused Husband of wrong purchased of last 6 boxes. Not what it used to be!
We have been buying Puff's Plus Lotion 4 pack cubes for a lot of years. For the last few months every box is bad. They are thinner, they shed, they don't have the lotion like they used to and for some reason they tear every time you try to get one out of the box. Love this product but inconsistent
I love puffs plus lotion tissues. They do a great job keeping my nose from drying out. Unfortunately I think I may have gotten a bad batch this time around. Every ten or so tissues there is a tissue with no lotion! Very rough. I just throw the unmoisturized tissues away. I want to see you do better Puffs and I really mean that.

Full of lint
I've been buying these tissues for years. This is the first time I have run into this problem. I grabbed a tissue lint went all over me. It happened several times.

Where are the pocket-size Puffs?
As a severe allergy sufferer, I love Puffs with lotion. However, I am disappointed that I can no longer get Puffs in the pocket-size packages. These packages are more discrete in professional/public situations than the boxes.

Production issues
I dont know why, but lately every box we get has tissues that are torn and tissues that have a bunch of linty stuff that gets all over the place. Maybe consider better quality control people.

I can't believe what you did to puffs there is no lotion you got cheap so don't advertise it with lotion cuz there is nothing these were my favorite tissues and you destroyed them

PLEASE bring back the To Go Packs!
I have used Puffs Plus Lotion To Go Packs for many years. I bought them in the 96 bulk package. I am so disappointed to see that they have been discontinued. There is no product as good on the market today. Please bring them back!!!

Your mini box is not good!!!!
Your mini box is the worst container I have ever seen! You can’t get the first Puff out without destroying several tissues ! You need to go back to a rectangle box or something else! Your little square mini box don’t work!!!!!

ok but bad tv ad
puffs is pretty good and soft for your nose especially when you need to blow your nose or have a bad cold. Unfirtunately they portray a little black girl cartoon using a Puff tissue with a little small nose when everybody knows black people have very wide flat noses with big nose holes spread all over their faces.

Packaged wrong
These tissues are packed sideways so in order to extract them from the package you have to rip the side open. I bought the name brand over the store brand expecting better quality. I am terribly disappointed

Thinner tissues - lost competitive advantage
We have purchased Puffs Plus Lotion for years even though they are more expensive. The last bundle I purchased, the tissues are much thinner than previously. While I'm sure this is a cost cutting measure, the thickness and softness is why people buy them. You've completely lost your competitive advantage. I LOVED these tissues until the boxes got smaller
I have used these tissues my entire adult life and regularly bought 20 boxes at a time. I have noticed for quite a while that the first few tissues I pull out of the box rip no matter how gently I pull them. I just found an old box and saw that it was noticeably larger than the newer boxes. Please know that this change is noticed and is not for the better.
