GOT BAD ANNOYING
OK have it for 4 years this time as it is due for renewal each time I start up my computer it goes directly to the renewal page this is annoying as it interferes with my startup programs ?? Grrr why can't they just send a Email ?? For this REASON I am Not going to renewal I'm Done with them Pushie marketing is like annoying telemarkerts BUB BYE

Computer repair
Our computer had completely crashed. Andre and Donovan worked on our computer. They got it up and running in a couple of days. They were extremely polite knowledgeable and helpful. We are very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend!!

Not my favorite
Not sure what value I got if it cleaned it too then I’d say 5 stars but they don’t not unless you pay a huge fee first

Did not solve my issue
I took my computer in for service as it was freezing several times during the day. I could shut down computer and re-start but it was certainly a hassle. I took computer in technicians worked on it and I picked it up. It seems to have taken care of the problem until later that day when it locked up again. I did take my computer in again for a few days. Picked up ...

total defense PC tune up
Took my slow computer in for a tune up. Roland Danny and Ricardo were all very helpful especially since I am not technically inclined. All 3 gentlemen spent time with me. I wouldn't go anywhere else but Staples....if I need it and they sell it....they are my go to place.

Total Defense PC Tune Up
Easy Techs were very prompt and did a great job on fixing my very slow computer. Also had new virus protection and had all other issues fixed. Wouldn't go any where else.

Quick fix
After struggling for several weeks with a slow computer and finally having it taken over by an unwanted search engine I brought my laptop to Staples for service. They repaired all the registry software and file problems very quickly including may I did not even realize I had installed tuneup software to scan my laptop weekly and explained all of the problems clearly...
