Love this travel bag!
I travel a lot for my job, and find this bag to be perfect for fitting through the plane aisles and also for taking over for my purse, which I no longer carry. I can fit my laptop, files, and all my purse essentials into this and still have a three day suitcase to take on board most flights, eliminating my wait at baggage claim.

Zipper broken
I received my bag and was so excited. But upon receiving my bag, the zipper was stuck and would not budge. So I have to return the bag and wait for a credit then reorder. What a problem way to go Staples don't make it easy for the customer.
