Bad Quality Control, Bad Support
Product is missing a part and their support chat doesn't work (it just says connecting for a really long time) so I am unable to get the replacement part. Upon opening the box I see that there's only one piece of the handle. There's supposed to be two aluminum tubes. So I have a 3-ft long XL swiffer that I have to bend over to touch the ground. They really need some way...

Great for hairy dogs and wood floors
I never realized how small my standard Swiffer was until I bought this one. Totally a game changer. It makes cleaning 10x faster I use the X-Large pet pads and it gets every hair

My new fav mop
I’m absolutely loving the new xl swiffed mop! I use the wet pads change my pad with each room! Love the scent smells so good. Leaves my floors super clean! I highly recommend!

Wasteful
You can’t find the refill pads anywhere which essentially makes the product useless or you need to use two smaller pads which is a waste of money. Do better.

Good size good buy
Very durable . The only hold back is you have to change the pad every time. I do prefer the one that has reusable pad. Very clean. And extra large size make it a plus. Clean every corner and where you can not reach

Super convenient

Quick mop
This is the perfect little Quick mop. We use it in our camper. Easy to store away. Its XL makes it super quick! The smell of the 1 time use pads is amazing.

Great for what you have clean
This is my favorite the XL works better i especially when I have to clean with a wet cloth and it picks up more than that I had to clean up.

Awesome item
This is an awesome cleaning product. The refills are cheap, it's nice that it can be used as a mop or sweeper! It's sturdy and it cleans very well! I love that it gets into corners!

The "new"Swiffer stinks.
The new Swiffer I bought doesn't swivel the way the old one did and you cannot shake it out when you're done. It doesn't go around objects as easily as the old one did. The pad seems to be smaller, harder to get into the "slots," and it seems to only pick up dust or dog hairs on the 2 ends.

My favorite swiffer!
If you are like me and have a lot of floors to clean and multiple kiddos this swiffer is THE ONE! I love using this for any little spills or just for a quick clean up.

Staples lack of quality control
As usual, Staples send me a visibly broken and unusable swiffer. Then I'm the one who has to go through the hassle of repacking and driving and returning and waiting for a new and functional one to arrive.
