Quality product for the money!
Compared to my previous briefcases I like that this one stays open using a gear mechanism rather than static friction. I can tell that the material will last longer than the previous one. Plus I appreciate the expandability of the compartment. Granted the fit with the locks are not great but I understand what I paid for.

Horrible quality
I bought this as a replacement for my husband’s old one . It is filling apart after 1 year of use

Quality product for the money!

More room than I expected!
I went to put everything in the case but I wouldn’t close. That’s when I noticed the catches inside. I didn’t know it expanded until then. Everything fit fine. Top quality. Highly recommended.

It’s a nice case, but it’s very difficult to set up the locking system. The dials for the lock goes down and can’t be manipulated easily hence it makes the locking and unlocking of the case very difficult.However, the order was processed and delivered to us very fast.

I only buy Samsonite luggage.
It' a very nice looking attache. I thought it was a hard case like my old one. I'll keep looking at the attache's that Samsonite has available.

I absolutely love this product, and just purchased it again!
I'm a leased semi-tractor truck driver, and purchased my first attache 3 years ago. I love my new briefcase.
I had to replace another briefcase, and this one is true to the description. Beautiful leather, expandable, with a nice design for folders, pens & pencils and other assorted business supplies. I hope it will last me a long time like my last briefcase.

utterly disappointed
I bought this for my husband as a gift to replace his last one. He likes the unit, but the right latch broke (makes for half the effort to access stuff, the covering has peeled off, and no-one in Australia even wants to stock it anymore as they are such poor quality. Not Happy
My husband has carried the same samsonite breifcase for years. So many in fact, i use to make fun of how old it was. You can imagine my delight when I saw that you still carried the model. The old saying they don't make things like they use to, well that that is a fact. The breifcase has already started coming apart at the stitching. Very disappointed!

Direct Replacement of 20 year old Briefcase
I have concerns that the hinges will fail prematurely. Not built as sturdy as the case (same model) that it is replacing. Hoping to get 5 years of use from it. the way the hinges creak when it opens a year may be tough to get.
