Not a good product
Upon receipt of the product, it would not hold charge on either battery within a week of purchase.

Not worth it!
Terrible product! Absolutely no power, and started smoking on the second use. Needed something in the office to hang pictures, diplomas, etc., wasn't needing anything heavy duty or fancy. If I could give this negative stars, I would.
