A very positive experience!
Employees helped me find an item by pointing out the exact aisle. Also the cashier who was helping someone with a problem saw that I had been waiting in line excused herself from the other customer and quickly saw that I was taken care of. When I left the store that same customer was still trying to figure out some problem.

MY GOSH !!! THESE HIGHLIGHTERS ARE FABULOUS !!! THE BEST !!! STAPLES INTRODUCED THEM TO ME. BUT WHEN I FIRST USED THEIRS IT WAS HUGE A BIG WIDE ONE.
