Smooth writing
This is my 2nd box of these smooth writing pens. They last a long time and the blue ink stands out perfectly for comments on student essays.

Go for Sharpies not these
I would not recommend these markers they either dried out quickly, or the lid would pull the tip off, making it useless and messy. Spend the extra money and go for sharpie brand.

Not worth the (even low) price.
ink so thick comes through paper surface to back and subsequent pages. I was looking for TruRed Green gel pens, NOT markers. Staples couldn't apparently come up with its own product in a quantity of 12.

great price, easy to write with. Ink does go thru the paper so need to be careful what paper you have underneath with writing.

Not worth the money. Part of the pens were dried up
Needed the color and they were discounted but part of the pens were dried up. Not worth the pricing.
