Very Rough
I would not recommend.
They have more of a napkin texture.
Very hard and rough.
Surely wouldn't want to use this on a sore nose.

"The coast is clearly a great buy!
This is a reasonably priced, soft enough, stong tissue that can compete against the more expensive tissues being sold by other companies.
