Great Western Digital USB External Hard Drive
Very nice external usb hard drive! This is great for backing up daily files or saving a system image of your computer. The usb interface is fast. The 2 TB capacity gives you a lot of storage.

Clicking noise
The drive started making a clicking sound as soon as I connected it for the first time, which apparently means there's an issue with the drive. I returned it right away.

Somewhat difficult to use
It worked fine until I tried to eject from the USB port. Got Error Occurred message several times before finally getting it ejected.

Great storage device and Customer Svc

I've had to reformat the drives several times and run first aid on them. Not the quality of drive WD once was.
