Excellent Product
I have used WD External drives for many years and they never fail. Easy to use, comes in a variety of colors. I have tried other drives and they do not hold up to this product.

Unreliable and disapointing
Drive didn't make it a full year. Computer can no longer read it and when you plug it in all it does is click every 60 seconds or so. Very disappointed in the unreliability of this product. I'll have to pull the SSD drive out and hook it up inside my computer to pull the files off of it. Wish they made a more reliable product like they used to. Will try a Seagate br...

Disappointed
This worked less than 2 years. I'm unable to access any of my files. Getting msg I:\is not accessible - The Parameter is incorrect. Very disappointed. Hoping my local computer shop can retrieve the bulk of the files & I don't lose everything.
