I love Western Digital products. I have purchased several of their portable drives over the years and the quality is impeccable.

Not as stated
This product is not compatible with Windows 7 unless you reformat the drive before using, which I found out after I transferred files, that later became unreadable and inaccessible from thos drive. Very disappointed, have lost data.

quit working
This passport stopped working after only a couple of weeks. When I contacted WD for warranty, I was told they would not honor it due to manufacturer date being too long from purchase date.
