Very poor workmanship
The bag was a Christmas gift and overall it's a very specious, classy, nice and comfortable to carry around leather briefcase, with a supreme and ergonomic loading-space design. Samsonite Leather Briefcase
Well made leather briefcase with room for laptop, tablet, phone and all the accessories I need. It opens rather wide and allows you to see everything inside. It is big enough to fit all my stuff, and is not to big to pass as a personal item on international flights.

Nice case
Very nice brief case. Lots of pockets. The zippers on an older model I had for years were of higher quality. This is a concern.

Perfect promotion gift
Looks good and very functional. I bought this for my husband as a promotional gift to Chief and had all our family sign a message to him on the inside. It was the perfect gift that looks professional, with a personal touch that he can carry with him always.

Outstanding Travel and Work Bag
UPS just delivered my Samsonite Classic Leather Toploader to me today - - and let me tell you that this product is amazing! I've been a Samsonite customer for decades, and I've purchased several (non leather) toploader bags - - but this one in particular is by far the best! It's spacious and sophisticated. The sheer practicality of this product is also excellent.

Very large, zippers questionable
Had concerns on this meeting my needs for daily use as it is very large and the zippers seemed to get stuck. Returned.

Immediately - check the zippers carefully.
I had worn out my first one after 5 years, so was hoping for a second one just like the first that would last another 5 years. In less than 6 months 2 zippers have failed. So disappointed. I should have returned it immediately when I noticed the fishing line threads and metal teeth mis-alignment. See pictures others have posted.

Great but quality could have been better
This bag is really well organized and looks very professional. But the quality of the leather could have been better, I would have thought it is PU leather.

Love it, but.... one zipper broke (temporarily)
Love the way it looks and love the size. I am able to carry my laptop and various documents / notebooks with still space to spare while not being too bulky. However, one of the zippers broke within the first few weeks. Luckily I was able to fix it, so I think it is salvaged, but nevertheless was disappointed

Average Quality
Outer body i.e leather is average but, interior pocket and sleeves quality and stitching are Pathetic!! Samsonite used to be my fav brand. previously had a leather trolley and also a regular suitcase. Enjoyed them. thought Samsonite gives better quality products. But from now can strike off the brand from my favourites.

Great Quality and alot of capacity
Its lightweight and has lots of pockets to fit every need. Also, can be used as a one or two days trip bag.

Zippers Broke After 3 Business Trips
Literally used this thing on 3 trips all domestic and a couple visits to the office and the front zipper already broke and is ripping away from the fake leather. The zippers were barely aligned properly and the threads started to fray the first day but I thought it might just be typical break in. Nope only had this for a couple months and it’s already trash. Returned Bag-Unsatisfactory
I returned the bag it was not up to my expectations. Cheaply constructed looked good but not sturdy like an everyday business bag should be.
